Ministry of Environment, Protectors or Destructors of the Indigenous Milieu?
Indigenous land desecration and pure simple lack of respect for the Indigenous and citizens.
The Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO), punks for the Royal Elitists, down play the environmental impact of burying nuclear waste on the bedrock above the Wabigoon Water Shed. Money seems to be the theme of the so called “safe proposal” to Northwestern Ontario’s residents in the Ignace area, forgetting the Indigenous of the Wabigoon zone, (reserve) are dead against this foolish implementation. Ignace, the so called “Proud Willing Host for Nuclear Waste” claimed that 71 percent of the Ignace municipality has voted to turn Ignace into a dead zone. However, there is no such Town Hall meeting in Canada, that reflects the true numbers of the population of any given community, being that usually, these meetings are stacked with the people that will vote the right way, as to what the political community wants its constituents to vote. Thus, 71 percent of how many people? Does this include the Wabigoon indigenous community members? Or just a few paid off advocates of the region, stating they are authorized to speak for the Indigenous as to the desecration to their lands and water?
Rumor has it, that the mayor during this vote did not even live in Ignace. So, where does she live, exactly, and why would an inactive resident be elected as the mayor in the first place? If she does not live there because lack of quarters, then perhaps they could build her a mayor’s estate, right upon the nuclear waste facility, seeing it is so safe. I mean, the indigenous should be mighty grateful for the chump change that may end up in their laps out of this, 26 billion dollars of tax payer money, so perhaps, they would be happy to build it for her.
Truth is, for a project that is supposed to stretch into the next century, 26 billion dollars seems to be a bit short as to the cost to do this safely. Are the companies that are creating this nuclear waste, paying any money at all, towards this nuclear dump, or did they merely lobby and bully the government into this hairbrained scheme, designed by blithering idiots, seeing their brilliant plan could contaminate the Great Lakes with nuclear waste, immediately or eventually, both time scenarios, being totally unacceptable to the people of this region and many other communities and regions that surround the Great Lakes. In fact, the potential to destroy the fresh water of North America is a definite possible backfire of this poorly planned, but decoratively presented lunkhead scheme, to get rid of nuclear waste. And what better place, but indigenous lands. I mean, all these secret treaties that are surfacing, most likely do not have language that the Canadian Government, (more like English Crown of Monarchy, led by the Cloaked Financialist of Fleet Street, Carney.) cannot bury nuclear waste on their lands, imposing their imperialist rule once again, bullying the Indigenous and urinating on their home.
If the communities that make this nuclear waste want nuclear reactors in their backyards, then let them deal with their own nuclear waste and bury it in their own plots. Prejudice to the Indigenous by the Canadian Government seems to be rampant since 2020, more than ever before. And this moronic planned nuclear waste facility is unadulterated proof. So, why do not the Indigenous bands themselves stop this negligent debacle? Could it be their so-called leadership is corrupt, and allowing this to take place? Or is the Canadian government merely steam rolling over the Indigenous band and their leadership’s consensus.
The great assumption as to the burial of plutonium, is, that it is a safe process. It is a simple and cheap solution to rid of this highly radioactive material. Put it in so-called leak proof containers and bury it, in this case, down on the bedrock protecting the water shed, in this situation, the Wabigoon water shed, part of the Hudson Bay water shed flowing into the great lakes and south of the border.
By the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) own admission, in their publication APM-REP-05000-0211-R000, described in “Plain Language”, within their “Acknowledgement of Truths, Paragraph 8, they state that the Canadian Federal Government, through the Nuclear Fuel Waste Act and the Nuclear Safety and Control Act of 1997, and the “Impact Assessment Act, 2019”, are being imposed on Indigenous Peoples as a result of Canada’s Plan?
In a nutshell, this is supposed to say, “Here is a band aid of our sympathies to the Anishinaabe and we will respect you in the morning, once we desecrate you lands and waters.
They also use words like “Reconciliation”, as to, blame it on the average Caucasian, if you have any complaints, because we are just the messenger and enforcers of this desecration, forcing you to live with nuclear waste on your reserves. Once they get away with this maneuver, more reserves and bands will be targeted.
With the hardening social issues with the indigenous, as faced by municipalities in Northwestern Ontario, particular, in the Thunder Bay district, whereby reserves that are facing water contamination issues and floods, most likely due to the mining and deforestation of these indigenous areas, displacing these Indigenous from their homes, to the streets of Thunder Bay, most of them homeless, some of them accommodated in the local shelters, others, more fortunate, in available participating hotels, it is a wonder why the Government of Canada would be increasing this displacement with more dunce cap schemes, and using outworn laws against the Indigenous, and some newly coerced laws, like the “Impact Assessment Act, 2019”, which sounds like a law they snuck in, at the beginning of their political plandemic plans, while everyone was not looking, especially the Indigenous. Even if this law offers compensation, which I am sure, will be minimal, is it worth it in face of turning Indigenous homes, and surrounding communities and farms, into a nuclear waste dead zone?
If you have any common sense or even care, put that beer and cannabis pipe down and sober up to what the Canadian Government, owned by the Royal Elitists, is doing to Canada, specifically in remote areas in Northwestern Ontario, and other Provinces and Indigenous lands to be sure.
